Welcome to Bristol Tennessee City Schools! If you and your family are new to our school community, we look forward to enrolling your child(ren) in our district.

If you have questions or need additional information, you may refer to the Contact Us page to find contact information for our Administrative Offices or individual schools. Each of our schools welcomes new families for tours! New students should enroll in the school at which they are zoned based on their place of residence. If you have questions regarding zoning, please reach out. The following documents are required for enrollment:

• record of birth (birth certificate, passport, Visa, I-94)

• proof of residency

• physical and immunization records

• custody documents if applicable

Do you live outside the Bristol, Tennessee, city limits and want to join the BTCS family? 

BTCS welcomes students in grades K-12 who reside outside of the Bristol, Tennessee, city limits. Families living outside of the city limits wanting their child to attend a BTCS school as a tuition student must complete the online enrollment and complete a tuition application at the school where they would like to attend.

BTCS has two, tuition-free elementary schools: Anderson and Fairmount. Out-of-district students who live in Tennessee may apply to attend either of these schools at no cost. All other guidelines regarding tuition students remain in effect for applying and for students who are currently enrolled in the program.

The other three elementary schools--Avoca, Haynesfied, and Holston View--maintain the standard tuition charges based on student residence.
