Viking Hall Work Assignments

Effective 1/15/2007 the Tennessee High Band Booster Board has adopted the following procedure for signing up to work all Viking Hall events.When a schedule is received from Viking Hall, it will be emailed Mr. Hebert, He will post on the web site and a notice in the band room that they are available. Anyone wanting to work must call or email Jennifer Hicks (423-341-9403, 423-844-0329) (m0nkeyswild@yahoo.com).

You will only be allowed to sign up for 2 slots per student or adult each week. The next week the openings will be posted and you will be eligible again to sign up. (The next Arby’s Classic is included in this procedure and only 2 shifts per person will be assigned at a time.) No “sign up” sheet will be done at any booster meetings.

Below is the schedule that was done before this procedure was adopted. Please wait till the next postings are available. If you are NOT able to work this schedule, please let us know so that we may post an opening. Thank You.
